With over 40 years in the industry, Stanley has worked in every aspect of construction. Realizing the need for a company in the industry that could do more than just hang drywall, he founded One Source Building Services to offer a full solution to general contractors.
With over 10 years in the construction industry, Brandon has had the opportunity to work in a multitude of positions. It is his knowledge and passion for the industry that allows him to successfully manage the day to day operations.
With more than 15 years of construction experience by starting his career in the field, Jonathan was able to learn what it takes to build a job. Jonathan works daily to ensure our Operations Team is set up for success – his passion is being the partner that helps drive your job. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, with minors in Psychology and Sociology, from The University of North Carolina in Charlotte
Senior Project Manager
After 11 years, Jose understands what it takes to get a project done the right way. Past projects range from multi-million multifamily high rises to 700,000 SF Data Center Facilities, Jose has the expertise to manage your projects and ensure they come in on time and within budget. Having someone with his experience in management and the industry allows us to manage multitude of projects simultaneously and seamlessly. As our current OSHA Certified Instructor, he also holds OSHA510, OSHA500, training from the Scaffolding Training Institute, and CPR/First Aid training.
His 20 plus years in business continues to be a determining factor in his ability to successfully manage construction projects while maintaining a cohesive team environment. His focus on both ground up and renovation projects in our K-12 division has proven to strengthen our position in this competitive market place. Christopher’s strong background in I.T. has also been a continuing benefit to the company as we always strive stay current with today’s fast moving market place by putting the best applications in our employee’s hands insuring success.
With 30 years of experience in the lighting industry Garon brings his knowledge of facility management to our team and knows the importance of being diversified when it comes to meeting a customers needs.
CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTANT
With over 10 years in construction, Janis has had the opportunity to obtain a wide skillset - with duties ranging from accounting and project management support to social media and website design. Working in a variety of trades and having a range of roles she has a true understanding of a project from start to finish. While officially she joined the finance team here as a cost accountant and billing manager, it was her broad construction knowledge and willingness to wear a variety of hats that has made her a great addition to the team.
