With over 10 years in Construction, Amber has a variety of responsibilities here @ OneSource. From Accounting to Payroll and Human Resources she always keeps the office running smoothly. Her dedication and attention to detail makes her the perfect fit to oversee the day to day functions of the office administration.

BILL FERGUSON

PROJECT EXECUTIVE - CONSTRUCTION AND FACILITIES DIVISION - MASTER ELECTRICIAN - LICENSE NUMBER 298332

With over 30 years in construction and 20 years in electrical and plumbing, Bill has obtained the knowledge to manage the facilities division. Over the years of working on a multitude of different projects, he is the perfect addition to our current team, and has been a great asset in starting the new division here at One Source. Fueled by a passion for the industry and after years of running his own company, we are thrilled to announce the addition to the portfolio of services. We are excited to be able to offer this division to our customers.

SENIOR PROJECT ESTIMATOR - CONSTRUCTION AND FACILITIES DIVISION - JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN - LICENSE NUMBER 219482

With over 20 years in construction and electrical and plumbing, Matt has worked in a variety of facilities. With projects ranging from schools and factories, and commercial buildings and custom homes, his diverse jobsite experience makes him a great addition to the team.

ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE - CONSTRUCTION SERVICE DIVISION

Ana Izaguirre provides key administrative support to OSBSCORP, bringing more than 20 years of professional experience. She has extensive expertise in data entry, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, and collections, playing an important role in maintaining efficient financial and administrative operations.

VICTOR GUZMAN

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT - CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

With over 16 years in the Commercial Drywall industry and a variety of experience including, Medical, Multi-Family, and Education. Victor brings knowledge and positive attitude to every project he encounters. His desire to escalate in field operations gives him strong power and great leadership.

Abraham Aguirre is a smart and dedicated young professional who, through hard work and determination, has earned the opportunity to lead the steel department. Coming from a family of steel erectors, he brings valuable hands-on field experience and industry knowledge. Abraham is a great asset to the company and an important part of our continued success.

Marielena Gutiérrez Montero is a creative, proactive, and dedicated professional with extensive experience in administrative support across various industries. With over 30 years of expertise, she has held positions ranging from Assistant Administrator to Security Delegate and Protocol Officer, demonstrating her adaptability and passion for building strong interpersonal relationships.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Adriana Galicia, with over 18 years of experience in supply chain and warehouse management, is responsible for the Drywall, Electrical, and Metals warehouses. Because her professional background that includes experience managing inventory and operations in Hardware, Steel, and Paints and her passion about process improvement and ensuring the company's assets are well-managed she has contributed to improving inventory accuracy and streamlining the tracking of tools and materials.
