With over 40 years in the industry, Stanley has worked in every aspect of construction. Realizing the need for a company in the industry that could do more than just hang drywall, he founded One Source Building Services to offer a full solution to general contractors.
With over 10 years in the construction industry, Brandon has had the opportunity to work in a multitude of positions. It is his knowledge and passion for the industry that allows him to successfully manage the day to day operations.
FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER
With over 10 years here at OSBS, he started with us as a drywall mechanic. He was quickly promoted to foreman and then to a superintendent role. After managing the field, he joined the project team as a project manager. A year later he was promoted to field operations manager. His extensive knowledge of building a project from start to finish makes him excellent for this role.
With over 25 years in the drywall & acoustical industry, Steve has held a variety of positions ranging from foreman to estimating & project management. Working both in the field and in the office, combined with his many years in the industry he has obtained a vast knowledge in drywall, framing, and finish out. With experience in building jobs in a variety of sizes from retail to high rises, he has the knowledge to bid and build a job right. With his variety of project size and his knowledge in the trade, we know that he is a valuable addition to your project team.
David comes to OSBS with over 30+ years experience in the Construction Field. He has held many different positions from the field to the office operations. He is one of our Project Managers with vast experience to complete your job on time and on budget. His knowledge of specialty products gives him an advantage on the more specialized schools.
JOB COST ACCOUNTANT AND PROJECT ENGINEER
With over 15 years in the industry, Janis has held a variety of positions. With everything from office manager to IT and many duties in between her range of skills makes her an asset to our team. While officially she is on the accounting and management teams she is quickly learning the project side of the business. Her broad knowledge base and willingness to learn and help when needed are what allows her to excel.
HR AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER
With over 10 years in Construction, Amber has a variety of responsibilities here @ OneSource. From Accounting to Payroll and Human Resources she always keeps the office running smoothly. Her dedication and attention to detail makes her the perfect fit to oversee the day to day functions of the office administration.
With over 25 years in vendor and facility management, his extensive vendor network and knowledge of specialty products makes him a great fit for this position. Working closely with the vendors and project managers his department makes sure that the right materials are always on the job site for a timely build.
With over 10 years working on the vendor side of construction, Lacie joined to help ensure materials were always onsite to build your project. Since joining us earlier this year she has helped implement a new inventory control system and made many process changes in our warehouse. Her experience gained while working with drywall in the supply house has given her the knowledge base to help ensure your project will have the right materials on time.
