With over 10 years in the construction industry, Brandon has had the opportunity to work in a multitude of positions. It is his knowledge and passion for the industry that allows him to successfully manage the day to day operations.

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Bringing 30 plus years in the industry, David has had the opportunity to develop a deep knowledge and understanding of what it takes to get projects completed accurately and on schedule. He truly understands how to build from concept to execution. With both an associate degree in design and engineering, and a bachelor’s in business management, David knows that a well-managed team can make all the difference and that you count on that when choosing a team to work with you on your project.

STEVE TUCKER
SENIOR PROJECT ESTIMATOR - CONSTRUCTION AND FACILITIES DIVISION
With over 25 years in the drywall & acoustical industry, Steve has held a variety of positions ranging from foreman to estimating & project management. Working both in the field and in the office, combined with his many years in the industry he has obtained a vast knowledge in drywall, framing, and finish out. With experience in building jobs in a variety of sizes from retail to high rises, he has the knowledge to bid and build a job right. With his variety of project size and his knowledge in the trade, we know that he is a valuable addition to your project team.

ESTIMATOR
With over 20 years in estimating projects of all sizes in the drywall division, Isaac understands the attention to detail drywall and framing demands. From small projects to large school campuses, he has been a great asset to our project team.

AMBER BROWNLEE
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
With over 10 years in Construction, Amber has a variety of responsibilities here @ OneSource. From Accounting to Payroll and Human Resources she always keeps the office running smoothly. Her dedication and attention to detail makes her the perfect fit to oversee the day to day functions of the office administration.

GARON BLACKSHEAR
PROJECT ENGINEER
With over 25 years in vendor and facility management, his extensive vendor network and knowledge of specialty products makes him a great fit for this position. Working closely with the vendors and project managers his department makes sure that the right materials are always on the job site for a timely build.

BILL FERGUSON
PROJECT EXECUTIVE - CONSTRUCTION AND FACILITIES DIVISION
With over 30 years in construction and 20 years in electrical and plumbing, Bill has obtained the knowledge to manage the facilities division. Over the years of working on a multitude of different projects, he is the perfect addition to our current team, and has been a great asset in starting the new division here at One Source. Fueled by a passion for the industry and after years of running his own company, we are thrilled to announce the addition to the portfolio of services. We are excited to be able to offer this division to our customers.

With over 20 years in construction and electrical and plumbing, Matt has worked in a variety of facilities. With projects ranging from schools and factories, and commercial buildings and custom homes, his diverse jobsite experience makes him a great addition to the team.

Harrington Library in Plano, TX.
This library was originally opened in 1969 with only 10,000 SF and underwent an expansion in 1993 to the current size of 30,000 SF.
Once completed in late 2022 the changes will include:
-Children’s Area – renovated children's area
-Children’s Program Room – a dedicated children’s program room is being added
-Teen Space – a dedicated space for teens
-New Study Rooms – making it easier to research projects and prepare classroom assignments
-Additional Meeting Rooms – providing more collaborative space to meet and connect
-New Roof and HVAC
While the city has 4 other libraries, Harrington was the first.
